The mRNA (A), protein (B), secreted (C) levels of EDIL3 were assessed in six pancreatic cancer cell lines as well as a nonmalignant cell line hTERT-HPNE by quantitative real-time PCR, Western blotting and ELISA, respectively. (D) Interfere efficacy in SW1990 and BxPC-3 cell was detected by Western blotting. Knockdown of EDIL3 promoted anoikis as revealed by flow cytometry (E) and caspase-3/7 activity (F), and inhibited the colony formation ability (G) of SW1990 and BxPC-3 cells.
