Following 48 hr of treatment with Sild (10 μM) and/or DOX (0.5 μM), total protein of DU145 cell was subjected to immunoprecipitated with rabbit CD95 antibody. The amount of co-immunoprecipitating caspase 8 was determined after SDS-PAGE and Western blotting with mouse caspase 8 (active format) and FADD antibodies.
