A. Purified CD8 lymphocytes were polyclonally stimulated with ConA, feeder splenocytes and IL12 and IL2 cytokines. Those lymphocytes were at the same time treated with anti-TIM3 monoclonal antibody (RMT 3-23), or TIM3-Apt1 or TIM3-Apt2, and INF-γ production was quantified by ELISA in the supernatant after 72 h of incubation. B. Purified CD8 lymphocytes from OT-I lymphocytes were activated with preloaded SIINFEKL-peptide splenocytes, IL12 and IL2 cytokines together with the anti-TIM3 monoclonal antibody, or the TIM3-Apt1 antagonist, or an Apt-control.
