As the surface has the better water removal characteristics, the average droplet mass gets smaller. (c) Mass ratio and frequency ratio between fog and dew harvesting. While the average mass is similar within about 10% difference under the two test conditions, the falling frequency strongly depends on the harvesting environment for non-wettable surfaces.
