Regions of interest for covariate tests of node density. This figure illustrates the regions of interest based on the Harvard Oxford Atlas that we have chosen to test for covariate effects in Table 2. Several studies link the severity of autism spectrum disorders, measured by ADI or ADOS cognitive scores, with 9 cortical (A) and 4 sub-cortical (B) regions of interest, all within the default mode, limbic, frontoparietal, and ventral attention networks.
