Data show the ratio of dead bacteria (expressed as a percentage) after 24 h exposure to CORM-2 (500 μM), cefotaxime (0.512 μg/ml) or control (DMSO) evaluated by a live/dead viability assay. The ratio of dead bacteria was calculated by manual counting of four randomly selected quadrants (in total covering ¼ from each image) from a representative part of each well.
