Five mRNA dynamic expression patterns related to ischemia/reperfusion injury.

(A) No. 28 pattern: mRNA expression presents a trend in up-regulation at 24 hours after reperfusion (0, 0, 1, 0). (B) No. 11 pattern: the number of mRNAs became small with prolonged time of reperfusion in a trend of (0, –1, –1, –3). (C) No. 40 pattern: the number of mRNA increased with prolonged time of reperfusion in a trend of (0, 1, 1, 3). (D) No. 25 pattern: mRNA expression down-regulated at 24 hours, but up-regulated at 48 hours in a trend of (0, 0, –1, 1). (E) No. 27 pattern: mRNA expression up-regulated at 24 hours, but down-regulated at 48 hours in a trend of (0, 0, 1, –1). On the X-axis, control1: sham group; test2: I90R0 group; test3: I90R24 group; test1: I90R48 group. On the Y-axis, numerical values present the altered range of differential expression of mRNAs in other groups compared with the sham group.
