Effect of cloprostenol on the expression of Serpina6, Enpp2, Wfs1, and Ssr4 in the ovaries of Gα_q^f/f;Gα₁₁^−/−;Cre⁻ and Gα_q^f/f;Gα₁₁^−/−;Cre⁺ mice on 17 dpc. Mice were injected with vehicle or 1 μg of cloprostenol on 17 dpc and killed 24 h later. For each gene, data are expressed relative to the gene's expression in the ovaries of mice of the same genotype injected with vehicle only. Each bar is the mean ± SEM of 5–10 different animals.
