5-FU treatment promotes secretory progenitor cells in absence of Fbxw7. (a) fbxw7, math1, and ngn3 expression was analyzed by quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction (qRT-PCR) in fbxw7^ΔG mini-guts at day 7 of growth. Expression level was first normalized to β-actin and then to fbxw7^fl/fl mini-guts. (b,c) math1 and ngn3 expression was analyzed by qRT-PCR in fbxw7^fl/fl and fbxw7^ΔG mini-guts after 72 hours treatment with 0.8 μmol/l 5-FU.
