Exonic and intronic segments of rifleman MOXD2 are marked in green and yellow, respectively. Diagonal lines indicate an aligned segment and hence the presence of corresponding genomic segments. Note that some exons are missing in these birds, as evidenced by the lack of a segment aligned with the rifleman MOXD2 exons.
