The HIV-1 isolates belonging to clade A display a more pronounced correlation. This is consistent with the fact that the donor is known to be infected with an A/D recombinant virus. Note that the poor performance resulting for viruses 7165.18 and TV1.29 are expected since in the experimental assay both viruses were not neutralized by any of the tested Abs (i.e. IC50 > 50 μg/ml).
