Individual growth rate measurements were fitted to polynomial curves and equations. The polynomial equations were used for growth parameter estimation: μ_m, maximum growth rate; T_m, temperature of maximum growth; T_opt, temperature of optimum growth range (μ≥0.8×μ_m); T_o, the lower temperature limit for growth; T_u, the upper temperature limit for growth.
