Left panel: pERK/ERK levels decrease over time under NGF plus MEK and JNK inhibition. In contrast, PI3K inhibition shows a similar increase and sustained pERK/ERK levels over time compared to NGF treated PC12 cells alone. Interestingly, pAKT/AKT is increased under NGF+MEKi treatment, which is particularly significant in the early timepoints (30 min and 1 h) compared to NGF alone or the other two inhibitors.
