(A) Pairing of LacI-GFP dots at lys1 (close to centromere 1) is similar in control (0 Gy) and 200 Gy X-irradiated horsetail cells 3 h post induction. (B) The pairing at his2 (interstitial region on chromosome 2) was slightly but insignificantly faster in the first hour post IR but remained on a similar level to control (0 Gy) between 1 h and 4 h after irradiation with 200 Gy 1 h post induction. The differences being insignificant.
