Oxygen consumption rate (OCR), an indicator of mitochondrial oxidative phosphorylation, and extracellular acidification rate (ECAR) an indicator of glycolytic activity measured over time via Seahorse extracellular flux analyzer. The mitochondrial stress test was used to obtain the bioenergetic parameters.
