(a) Hx induced increase of cyclooxygenase-2 and decrease of prostacyclin synthase; (b) Hx induced increase of inducible nitric oxide synthase; (c) Hx induced increase of Hx-inducible factor (HIF)-1α, HIF-2α and vascular endothelial growth factor *P < 0.05, compared with 0 h group. The data were repeated twice and represented as mean ± standard division.
