Client interview questions:

How satisfied are you with the home support services that you are receiving? What were the circumstances that initially led you to receive home support services? Do you have any assistive devices, such as a bench in the shower? (Follow-up: how did you pay for these devices?) Have you ever had to deal with a sudden or unpredictable event or crisis with respect to home support?

Family caregiver interview questions:

Can you describe the types of support that you provide to [the client]? So what are the kinds of things that you would do in a typical day? What were the circumstances that initially led [the client] to receive home support services? Has home support services made it easier or more difficult to care for [the client]? Are there some aspects that you find more stressful than others in providing care to [the client]?
