Figure 2

Magnetic resonance images (MRI) of a 28-year-old man with NK/T-cell lymphoma in right nasal cavity. (a) Axial T2-weighted MRI demonstrated a homogeneously isointense mass in right nasal cavity. (b) The mass showed hyperintense on transverse diffusion-weighted imaging at b = 1000 s/mm2. (c) On axial apparent diffusion coefficient (ADC) map at b = 0,1000 s/mm2, the mass appeared low signal intensity with whole slice ADCb0,1000 = 0.803 × 10−3 mm2/s, suggesting a malignant tumor. (d) Time-intensity curve was characterized as a washout curve.
