Conditions employed for preparative and analytical HPLC are shown. Preparative HPLC was carried out using a Capcellpak C18 UG120S-5 μm column (10 mm inner diameter (i.d.) × 250 mm, Shiseido, Tokyo, Japan) and a JASCO HPLC system (JASCO, Tokyo, Japan) installed within the radiosynthesis system.
