Forest plots were constructed of randomized controlled trials that reported (1) body mass index as well as the standard mean difference (SMD) and its standard deviation (SD) or 95%CI; or (2) data related to the 4 remaining SMBC (A. theory; B. insight; C. exchange; D. competition) from which the SMD and SD or 95%CI could be calculated.
