LPEC vs. NLPEC comparison at each storage time is always significant (p < 0.0001). (B) Free amino acids quantification, in the supernatant, during storage. LPEC (red bar) vs. NLPEC (blue bar) comparisons at each storage time addressed all amino acids concentrations significantly higher (p < 0.05) in NLPEC units from Day 21.
