^aBreast and NSCLC cell lines at 1 × 106 cells per culture dish in DMEM with 10 % FBS were treated at 37 °C for 0, 6, 12 and 24 h with 5 μg/ml of Zt/g4-DM1. After treatment, cells were labeled with propidium iodide and then analyzed by an Accuri Flow Cytometer. Cell cycle changes were determined by measuring DNA contents as previously described (25)
