Proteogenomic analysis: (A) N terminal extension and novel gene. Four GSSPs (red bars) were identified upstream of the annotated gene CTRT_00129. Ortholog evidences suggest N terminal extension of the annotated gene and also the presence of an upstream exon. (B) Joining of genes. Two GSSPs (red bars) were identified in the intergenic region of the annotated genes CTRT_01783 and CTRT_01784. Ortholog evidences suggest that it is a single gene with two exons.
