Western blot analysis demonstrating that TPX2 increased the activity of the Akt/mTOR pathway in renal cell carcinoma (RCC) cells. In the ACHN and NC65 cell lines, although TPX2 did not affect the protein expression of Akt and mTOR/p70S6K, high expression of TPX2 increased the phosphorylation of the components in the Akt/mTOR pathway.
