In the video the crabs were moving on the bottom towards the right, with a few crabs found beyond the boundary of the patch lagging behind the main aggregation. The crab marked with a yellow arrow was separate from the large patch and then merged into the patch by advancing in a direction perpendicular to the direction of patch movement.
