(a) The printed strip is straight. (b) It bends slightly after immersing in cold water for 12 hrs. (c) It bends quickly when immersing in hot water. (d) It is then taken out of water to the room temperature air. (e) It is then air dried. (f) The strip is stiff and can carry a load of 25 g. If it is heated, it returns to the straight shape.
