The picture shows the exposed anterior compartment of the forearm and proximal part of the palm to show the additional muscle belly (AdMB) with long tendon, proximal attachment of the tendon lies between the palmaris longus and flexor carpi ulnaris, and the distal part of it with fleshy muscle belly above the flexor retinaculum.
