Photograph showing the dissection of distal part of the anterior compartment of the right forearm. The picture shows the distal attachment of the Additional musle belly (AdMB) distally ended in a thick tendon which was attached to the anterior aspect of the flexor retinaculum and to the carpal ligaments just deep to the palmar aponeurosis.
