Results from a model in which learners acquire their language from multiple teachers, and demonstrates that, in a more realistic model where learners have multiple cultural parents, populations of samplers can end up with stronger linguistic universals than in the single-parent model. However, strong innate constraints still do not evolve. N=200,n=100,μ=0.001,N=2,ϵ=0.05, 1,000 generations.
