Immune cell subset-specific DMRs are mainly located in the gene body and mostly found in non-CGI regions. The genomic location of the cell subset-specific DMRs (described in Tables S6-S9) from 4 different immune subsets in 5 healthy females was analyzed and compared to the total CpG cover on chip.
