JA (A) and JA-Ile (B) levels of rice seedlings in response to blue light. Etiolated wild type (grey bars) and phyAphyC (white bars) seedlings were irradiated with blue light (10 µmol/m2s) at day five for the times indicated. Hormone levels are presented as the average of three independent samples relative to sample fresh weight.
