Expression of selected LTP genes in clubroot infected A. thaliana roots. The expression for selected LTP genes during clubroot infection between seven and 26 days after inoculation is shown compared to control roots of the same age. For infection, the single spore isolate e₃ was used. At least two technical replicates were done to confirm the results. For each analyzed time point, approximately 30–50 plants were used for RNA extraction. The asterisk marks an unspecific PCR product. C = control (not inoculated); I = inoculated (infected).
