Table A1.

Score and number of peptides found during identification of proteases from zymograms and their putative homologue in the Brassica napus and Arabidopsis genomes. The bands corresponding to proteolytic activities at pH 5 on the zymograms were analyzed by LC-MS/MS to identify the proteases responsible for the proteolytic activity. The proteases identified with success are presented with their accession number, score and the number of peptides identified. The NCBI BLAST database was used to identify proteases in the Brassica napus and Arabidopsis thaliana genomes.
