B. CT189 (GyrA) and CT190 (GyrB) proteins reconstitute an ATP-dependent supercoiling activity. Relaxed plasmid was incubated with CT189 (100 ng) and/or CT190 (50 ng) in the presence or absence of 2 mM ATP.
