Hisological pictures of the tumour showed lobulated lesion composed of sheets of mononuclear cell associated with collagenous fibers. They possessed round to oval nuclei, small nucleoli and moderate amount of eosinophilic cytoplasm. Multinucleated giant cells, foam cells and siderophages were noted. The overall features were consistent with giant cell tumour of tendon sheath.
