(a) The morphology of SMMC7721 cells after treated with different does of CXCL2, of which didn’t showed much change compared to the untreated cells. (b) CXCL2 stimulation could promoted the migration ability of SMMC7721 cells at any chosen concentration, and exerted the most pronounced increase in cell migration with 1 ng/mL CXCL2; however, significantly higher invasion ability was found only when treated with 1ng/ml CXCL2; (c) HCC cells exhibited a significantly lower adhesion capacity on FN-coated surfaces after treatment with 10 and 100 ng/mL CXCL2, regardless of the incubation period. (d) No difference was found in EMT-related markers after normalized toβ-actin. *p < 0.05.
