EPI pretreatment increases granzyme B and perforin expression in NK cells. (A-C) MCF-7 (A), SKBR-3 (B), and MDA-MB-231 (C) breast cancer cells were pretreated with EPI for 12 h before adding expanded NK cells for 12 h. Granzyme B and perforin expression was detected by flow cytometry. NK cells cultured without or with untreated cancer cells were used as controls.
