Anthocyanins reduced p-Akt and p-p38 levels in cardiac fibroblast cells. The phosphorylation level of Akt (A) or p38 (B) induced by anthocyanins treatment for 24-h was checked by Western blot. The corresponding bands were measured by densitometric scanning and the results were normalized by t-Akt or t-p38 values.
