Human recombinant Cat S WT and Cys mutants C12;25;110S, C12S, C25S, C110S (200 ng) were incubated for 30 min with biotin-labeled OA-NO₂ (1 μM). Following incubation, S-alkylation of Cat S by biotin-labeled OA-NO₂ was assessed by Western blotting under non-reducing conditions. Data are representative of two independent experiments.
