AP24534 inhibits the migration and invasion of endometrial cancer cells. (A) MFE-296 and AN3CA cells were treated with indicated concentration of AP24534 and PD173074. Cell migration was measured by using the Culture-Inserts, and wound closure was monitored by photography at 36 h following treatment with each compound.
