Characteristics of tumor damage induced by RFA treatment. Mice bearing small and large tumors of equivalent size received RFA treatment or sham treatment. Tumor tissue was harvested from each mouse from the respective treatment groups at distinct set time periods and slides were prepared for H & E staining.
