Histological evaluation of rats’ kidney and liver tissues stained with H & E × 20 (Haematoxylin and Eosin). Data were collected from rats sacrificed at 7 days of saffron (low & high doses, 20 & 60 mg/kg/day) administration. The H & E investigation confirmed that there are no inflammation, abnormality, and organs lesions throughout the toxicity administration period.
