Mean lesion number and gastric blood flow (GBF) in gastric mucosa pretreated i.g. with vehicle (saline; yellow pattern), carbon monoxide releasing molecule 2 (CORM-2, 1 mg/kg i.g.) applied alone (mosaic pattern) or in combination with N^G-nitro-l-arginine (l-NNA, 20 mg/kg i.p.; line pattern) or 1H-[1,2,4]oxadiazolo[4,3-a]quinoxalin-1-one (ODQ, 10 mg/kg i.p.; brick pattern) and followed by water immersion and restraint stress (WRS).
