The effects of 1α,25(OH)₂D₃ and MART-10 on the migration of MDA-MB-231 cells. The migration of MDA-MB-231 cells pretreated with 1α,25(OH)₂D₃ or MART-10 for 48 h was measured by transwell migration assay. Four hours were allowed for cells to migrate and cells were digitally photographed after fixing and staining. Cells that migrated through filters were counted under the microscope (A) (IX71, Olympus, Tokyo, Japan). The quantitative result was shown in (B). Experiments were performed in triplicate and repeated at least three times (* p < 0.05, ** p < 0.01).
