A receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve for the left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) to predict an absence of inertia stress (IS). The area under the curve (AUC) is 0.94 (p < 0.001). LVEF values of 57, 58, and 62 % were the candidate LVEF values that were able to predict whether the left ventricle had significant IS with balanced high sensitivity and specificity. An LVEF value of 58 % had both highest sensitivity and highest specificity for this purpose. LVEF <48 % predicted an absence of IS with 100 % sensitivity, while LVEF >67 % predicted an absence of IS with 100 % specificity
