For TLR1 and TLR6 – if homology could not be determined with confidence the copy was assigned to TLR1 and a? designation given for TLR6. ¹TLR4 in zebrafish does not have homologous function to mammalian TLR4 (see reference Sepulcre, et al. 2009).
