Analysis of percentage of downregulation of CD62L by CD4+ (a) and CD8+ (b) T cell subsets in the peripheral blood from chagasic patients, in ex vivo context and after in vitro stimulation with T. cruzi antigens, from patients with distinct clinical forms of Chagas disease: indeterminate – IND (n = 9, gray bars); cardiac – CARD (n = 14, black bars) and non-infected individuals – NI (n = 15, white bars). The results were expressed as mean ± standard deviation (SD). Significant differences (p < 0.05) in the charts are identified by connecting lines for comparisons between groups
