There was no statistically difference in vehicle treated time-matched control tissues contractions over the course of study (ANOVA). Asterisks show statistically significant differences in EFS responses in comparison with its corresponding time-matched vehicle treated control tissues ***P<0.001 (Student's t-test). Maximum concentration of vehicle (DMSO) in the bath was 1.28% and 1.6% for hexane and hydroalcoholic extract respectively.
