Vital parameters were evaluated before methylprednisolone (0 hour), after methylprednisolone (1 hour), and each hour of alemtuzumab infusion (2–5 hours) each of the 5 days of infusion cycle (day 1–day 5). Values represent the mean ± SD of each measured parameter from each of the 15 evaluated patients.
