Blood samples of 15 patients were taken before infusions started on each day of the 5-day alemtuzumab infusion cycle (day 1–day 5 [D1–D5]) and at a 1 month follow-up (M1). Blood samples were analyzed in a certified medical laboratory. Analysis of complete blood count (A), serologic parameters (B), and infectious parameters (C) were included. Red lines mark normal range of depicted parameters. Horizontal bars show mean values. Asterisks indicate a statistically significant difference (*p < 0.05, **p < 0.01, ***p < 0.001).
